I work a job that requires long and irregular hours, which impacts my sleep and workout regiment. I bought ZMT with the hope that it would help overcome poor sleep quality due to that irregularity. It hasn’t really been able to do that. I don’t think this is the cure for sleeping 6 hours a night in a different time zone every other night. However, when I used it on nights when I could get 8-9 hours of sleep in my own bed, I did notice a difference especially when I’d string a few of those nights together. With that, I get the sense that regular use may be required for maximum effect. I went with 4 stars because I wish it would give me a boost in recovery for a single night vs habitual usage.

If you’re someone who can achieve some level of consistency in your sleep, this supplement could be a game changer. It’s not the silver bullet for the chronic work traveler.

I’ve started with 3 pills each night. I take them when I feel a little wired, about a half hour before bed time. Works like a dream! I’m working my way up to the recommended 6 pills.
